It's Raining by SAHM Scrapper

I love to take pictures of my kids playing in the rain!!  Of course, living in the desert we don't get much rain, but that's beside the point.  Becky- SAHM Scrapper- has a fun kit that's perfect to scrap all your rainy day pictures (as well as so many others)!  Check out It's Raining!
